We all have moments of aloneness, isolation and fear within our own experience. I seek to explore our capacity to support adaptive and healthier responses to the difficulties we experience internally and relationally. I focus on relational connection and nurturing inner resiliency to transform how we relate to our own selves and with others. With tender care and compassionate respect for all the best and worst parts of our selves, I will support you through this personal journey with yourself and others.
