Welcome to The Kahala Clinic for Children & Family

​​Thank you for entrusting us with your care. Our goal is to make your experience with us as smooth and supportive as possible. This Welcome Guide shares helpful information about appointments, billing, and clinic policies so you’ll always know what to expect. If you have any questions, our team is always happy to help.​​​​​

Billing

To make billing easy and stress-free, we keep a card on file so payments can be handled smoothly.

No Show/Late Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us 48 hours notice. We ask that Monday appointments are cancelled by the preceding Thursday. We provide telehealth appointments for your convenience.

Turning 18yo

As our teen patients become adults, some things change in how we provide care. Contact our office before your child turns 18 so we can make it a smooth transition.

Insurance Changes

Insurance details can shift, and we want to help you avoid surprises. Please let us know as soon as your insurance coverage changes.

Medication Refills

Your health and safety are our priority, so we will schedule you for a medication check-in to ensure you always have what you need on time.

Forms to Complete

Because every form reflects your care, we’ll need an appointment to complete them properly and with your needs in mind.
