Approach to Therapy:
Straight forward, for clarity, while being sensitive to one's perspectives. Typically I prioritize a plan that can durably resolve as many of the concerns so long term results can be achieved and a reliance on prescribed medications is not required. Frequently I see new problems arise as the more pressing ones are resolved. Based on the goals determines the extent - this can include optimizing a lifestyle, receiving health resolutions, improving familial/social interactions, finding perspective, and/or healing of old wounds.
What motivates you to do this work?
Helping someone, and seeing what's revealed by realigning the mind-body-individual-family-spiritual connections.

Beyond the Clinic
I enjoy spending time with my wife as we clown around. I typically like chatting with her, friends or family on topics of sci-fi, economics, history, science, and spirituality. My favorite activity is to go to the beach and explore all the different ways this treasure can heal, challenge, and fascinate me.

Also I enjoy learning about what it means to be human through meditation, traditional healing methods, spiritual philosophy, and our interrelationship with nature. These are things I'm usually reading , practicing, or learning about in some way - being a student is more fun than acting as an expert.
