About Me:
Dr. Horita received her medical degree from Western University of Health Science, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in 2007. She completed her General Psychiatry Residency Program in 2011, followed by a Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in 2013 at TAMC.

​For the past 12 years, Dr. Horita has served as an Army Psychiatrist, providing care and consultations to individuals, couples, families, command units, schools, colleagues, and other military and civilian agencies. Through this experience, she has come to appreciate the importance of the family unit and its equivalent in the success of the individual. Joining The Kahala Clinic for Children and Families, with their emphasis on a family-centered approach, has allowed her to continue to pursue this personal and professional conviction.
