Approach to Therapy:
As a mom of three, I understand the importance of creating a safe, supportive space where children, teens, and their parents can feel truly seen and heard. My approach is warm, collaborative, and relationship-focused. I integrate evidence-based practices and a variety of therapeutic modalities - including CBT, ACT, DBT, and structural family therapy – depending on the needs of my patients. I am committed to fostering resilience by helping young people and their families recognize their inner strengths and capacity for growth. In my care, patients can expect compassion, validation, and meaningful connection as we work together toward improved functioning, healthier relationships, and healing. As a prescriber, I offer a mindful approach to the use of medications, and also strive to present and utilize evidence-based non-pharmacologic interventions and lifestyle changes. My collaborative approach centers on selecting medical and non-medical therapies that align with the the values and goals of my patients and their families.
What motivates you to do this work?
My inspiration comes from my love of working with children and teens - they keep me on my toes and ensure life is always full of inquisitive energy. I’m continually amazed by their resilience and potential to grow, change, and thrive. Helping them find their voice and shape a healthier path forward is deeply meaningful.

Beyond the Clinic
Outside of the clinic, KC spends much of her time running around with her three children - cheering them on at soccer games and swim meets or trying to keep up with them at the beach. She is also an avid runner, beginning hiker, and aspiring photographer.
