What motivates you to do this work?
Monica is motivated by seeing the life-changing impact that better sleep can have on her patients. She knows that navigating sleep disorders and treatment isn’t easy, and she is driven by helping people get the rest they need to feel healthier and more energized. Monica loves to educate patients about sleep’s profound role in their overall health.

Outside the clinic, Monica finds joy in spending time with family, practicing yoga, cooking, and enjoying a funny movie. She is passionate about sleep education and is continually learning to stay abreast of the ever-evolving field.
